Why I picked this
“Three months, full-time in Munich, building a real product for an industry partner. Free, and everyone accepted gets up to €3,000. Open worldwide to students, graduates, professionals and career changers. I did DPS in 2018 as a PM; 40+ Flow members have joined after finding its call on Flow.”

About this opportunity
Digital Product School (DPS) is a free, three-month, full-time programme in Garching near Munich where you join a cross-functional team and build a real digital product for an industry partner's challenge. You learn by doing, with coaching, workshops and agile and design-thinking methods, and you leave with practical experience, a certificate and a bigger network.
It is open to students, graduates, young professionals and career changers from anywhere in the world. You apply for one of three tracks: Interaction Designer, Product Manager or Software Engineer. You should have some experience in your field to build on. It is on-site only and takes 40 hours a week, so you can't combine it with other jobs, classes or a thesis. Check with your university whether it can count as an internship or earn credits.
Everyone accepted gets a scholarship of up to €1,000 a month, up to €3,000 in total. Batch #28 runs 22 February to 14 May 2027, and applications are open until 2 December 2026 (23:59 Central European Time). If you need a visa, apply early.
To apply, fill in the online form with your CV (PDF). A cover letter and a portfolio or GitHub link are optional. Shortlisted applicants have a relaxed online interview about their motivation and goals. Next step: choose your track and send your application.
