Internship - AI Development, INTERPOL (Singapore)

INTERPOL is looking for a recent computer science graduate to join its AI Acceleration team in Singapore for an 11-month internship starting around 1 January 2027. You would help build real AI tools used across the organisation, working under the AI Acceleration Lead and the Transformation team. Day to day, you would prototype AI and large language model features, support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agent memory, write backend code in Python and FastAPI (and some React and TypeScript where relevant), and help with testing, documentation and deployment. It suits recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, from any of INTERPOL’s 196 member countries. Hands-on Python is essential, fluent English is required, and French, Spanish or Arabic is a plus. Women and nationals of under-represented member countries are particularly encouraged to apply. The internship pays an allowance of EUR 700 a month, plus a EUR 30 monthly transport subsidy and, for eligible interns, a EUR 170 monthly housing subsidy. Applications close on 28 October 2026.
