Privacy policy

Who we are

Flow is run by Flow Community, Inc. (United States) and FlowX Munich Pvt Ltd (India). This policy covers withflow.co, apply.withflow.co and FlowApply.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and your sign-in method (email code, Google or LinkedIn).
• Evidence you give FlowApply: CV text, profile text, files and answers you paste or upload, and the opportunity you are checking.
• What FlowApply produces from them: fit checks, evidence maps, claim checks and packets.
• Payment records: the amount, currency, date and a payment reference. Card details go to Stripe and are never stored by us. For UPI we see the payer reference you give us.
• Usage data, such as pages viewed, steps completed, and how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and session recordings, through Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics), to find problems and understand what helps. The text of your CV, answers and results is masked in recordings.

How we use it

• To run the fit check and packet you ask for.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To fix errors and improve the product. Corrections made by our team may be kept as test cases, with personal details removed where practical.

AI processing

Your evidence and the opportunity text are sent to AI models to produce your results. We only use providers that do not train their models on your content, and we do not sell your data. Nothing is submitted to any programme on your behalf.

Who sees it

Flow team members who review packets or support you, and service providers that run the product: cloud hosting and AI model providers, payment processors (Stripe for cards), email delivery, and analytics (Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics). We do not show your evidence or results publicly.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us. We will reply within 30 days.
• You can contest any claim in your results; contested items are reviewed by a person.

Retention

We keep your account and records while your account exists. On deletion we remove your evidence and results, and keep only payment records that the law requires us to keep.

If you check your fit without an account, we delete the CV you pasted and the result after 30 days. If you give us your email for the result, we use it only to send that result and one reminder before the deadline.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will say so on this page and by email.
