Refund policy

If your packet did not help, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used, with your payment reference or the opportunity name. A line on what was missing is welcome but not required.

How you get paid back

• Card (USD): refunded to the same card through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it within 5-10 business days.
• UPI (INR): sent back to the UPI account you paid from, normally within 3 business days of approval.

What is covered

• The fit check is free and has nothing to refund.
• The packet, including its one review round, is refundable within the 7 days.
• Founding price (first 30 packets) is refunded at the amount you paid.

What we cannot promise

We do not promise that you will be selected for any programme. The packet shows what the published criteria indicate and where your evidence is strong, weak or missing. You write and submit your own application.
