Who is behind Flow

Harshit Jaiswal

Since 2015 I have worked on how people get selected, and who gets left out.

I started Flow as a community that shared opportunities and how people got in. It is now more than 10,000 people. As a headhunter, I then sat on the selector’s side, screening thousands of candidates for startups backed by Y Combinator, Techstars and Accel.

Flow is that judgement in software, for everyone who will never get a recruiter’s call.

Flow members joined Munich’s Digital Product School after finding its call on Flow.

Members also found their way, through calls on Flow, into an Outreachy internship at Mozilla, a PhD at Inria in France, Stanford’s Code in Place, HackZurich and Aalto University’s science internship.
